Payment by cash or cheque is required upon delivery of items back to the customer. If cheque's fail to clear, immediate payment by cash will be required. If this is not provided legal action may be taken. An invoice and receipt can be provided upon request.

Ironed items should be checked on delivery and any problems or complaints should be reported immediately. Any pre-damaged items will be returned to you  unironed to avoid misunderstanding. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged by ourselves, compensation will be paid to a maximum of £30 per item.

Collection and delivery will be at a time predetermined with the customer. In the event that there is no-one at the property at the time of delivery, a charge  of £2.50 will be made. It is then the customers responsibility to arrange another delivery time. You are welcome to drop off/pick up in person if preferred.

All ironed items will be returned to you within 48 hrs. If you use the express service and require items to be returned within 24 hrs there will be a surcharge of £5 per order.

There is a minimum order value of £7.50. Any orders below this value will incur a collection/delivery charge of £2.50.

Hangers can be supplied, at a cost of 20p per hanger, though you may provide your own, which would be much appreciated. Where requested, clothes on hangers  will be returned in protective covers. Items not suitable for hanging will be folded.

If you have specific folding requirements it is your responsibility to inform us. Creases will not be ironed into items unless specifically requested.

Items with a "do not iron" label or items clearly not suitable for ironing will be returned unironed. Unwashed items will not be ironed.

Anything left in items (i.e. pockets) or on items (e.g. brooches) are the customers responsibility.
